Important Information

For the airport pick-up and drop-off service, a grace period of 90 minutes is applied.

Please note that the driver can only speak basic English. There will be online customer service that assists in English conversations.

An additional fee of 20% of the total will be charged for services provided between 10pm and 6am.

All transfers take place in a Toyota Alphard Second Generation, Toyota HiAce, Toyota Coaster, or a similar vehicle.

A group of 5 to 6 passengers can carry 4 pieces of 24" luggage.

A group of 8 to 9 passengers can carry up to 9 pieces of 24" luggage.

A group of 11 passengers can carry up to 8 pieces of 24" luggage.

A group of 18 passengers can carry up to 24 pieces of 24" luggage.
