This experience is only for non-Japanese passport holders.

Up to two children aged 0-5 can travel free with 1 paying adult. Child rail passes will be needed for the subsequent children.

The Shin-Osaka transfer tickets will also give you free access to the Osaka Station.

Please note that all Haruka trains do not feature the Hello Kitty design.

Dedicated seats must be reserved when carrying large baggage exceeding 160 cm.

Ticket Redemption Point

Please go to the green ticket-vending machines and pick up the physical ticket by scanning the QR code of the e-ticket and non-Japanese passport.

If the machine breaks down or the passport has no IC chip, please proceed to JR-WEST Ticket Office to exchange the physical ticket.

Use the physical ticket to pass through the automated ticket gate.
