It was good; no problems during the trip. Very smooth, an exemplary driver, and very comfortable. There was a lot of disorganization at the ticket counter, since some people cut in front of us, leaving us wondering if they actually had tickets or not, since they went around the waiting lines. I’m afraid there might be some confusion between the ticket purchase lines and the lines to board the buses. Let’s hope that part of the service improves.

OK. It was a pleasant ride, with excellent conditions for us. We arrived on time. I’d like to thank the transfer company Headout and the driver, who drove carefully and brought us safely to our destination. He was very attentive and understanding of the passengers’ needs. He stopped at the request of a passenger who was feeling unwell.

I missed my bus and the second bus driver said everyone with the 11 bus ticket could come to the front (for the 12 bus) which I really appreciated! Cause there was a long line all of a sudden and I was a bit worried. I will say, a worry I have every time is not being able to get on the bus because of too many people.

We traveled with our 3 year old son and the bus was exactly as advertised. It was very punctual, comfortable and reliable. During the trip my phone run out of battery, so being able to charge it in the bus was a huge plus. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely use it again and highly recommend it!
