Getting the ticket was confusing, there was a glitch online and my return date on the return ticket I booked wasn't registered correctly - the information showed on my ticket was (according to the customer service agent) not accurate. I had to buy a second ticket to make sure I was legally on the bus and customer support is refusing to issue a refund for the additional ticket.
