Everything is very well signposted. As soon as you leave the airport, you’ll see signs for Alibus; just scan the code from the tickets you bought on Headout right on the bus, and you’re all set. It only stops at Piazza Garibaldi and the port. Honestly, with all the traffic chaos in Naples, this service is a real lifesaver.

Very easy and convenient. The bus was waiting right outside the airport, next to all the taxis, and in just 25 minutes it dropped us off near downtown. The only problem was validating the tickets, since I couldn’t open the QR code on my iPhone. Luckily, my partner had an Android and was able to scan them without any trouble.

Started on time, long delay at Centrale train station picking up many passengers so expected 25 to 30 mins became over an hour to get to airport. Service goid but allow lots of time at peak.
