Ir was very confortable ride from Pl. Cat to T1. There were a couple people at the bus stop to ask questions if we needed. Ita one of the things which maybe you are not sure with many aspects but you take one time, you know all and confortable on from the second time. Coming back from T1 to Pl. Cat bus stop was the only thing un known where had to ask a couple, it's behind Taxi station on ground floor.

Efficient and fast service! Upon arrival at the gate, the signage to indicate the direction is not perfect, but with a little intuition, it is possible to reach the stop without taking a wrong turn. Purchasing tickets online is very convenient, and the possibility of storing luggage in special racks is practical. The frequency is optimal.

Everything worked very well, the QR codes were scanned and there were no problems. We found this more convenient than buying tickets from the machine beforehand. That's certainly not difficult either, but when the bus is already there, you want to get on straight away without having to worry about buying a ticket first.

The service was quick and easy and dropped us right in the centre of Barcelona. Busses came extremely frequently so absolutely no bother in getting one. On the return journey to the airport the pick up point had moved but they had a staff member explaining where to go which I thought was brilliant. Great service !!!

Frequent service, nice, clean buses and quick trip to/from the airport. Helpful staff at airport to sell you tickets and give information. Ticket machines available at Placa de Catalunya stops (and presumably others). Highly recommend this service.
