What to bring

• Boarding pass: A valid same-day boarding pass for a T1 departure is required for lounge access.

• Photo ID: Bring a valid photo ID that matches the name of your booking.

• Voucher format: Produce a digital or physical confirmation of your lounge booking.

What’s not allowed

• Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.

• Cash payments: Cash is not accepted in the lounge, only credit or debit cards.

Accessibility

• Barrier-free access: The lounges are barrier-free and suitable for guests with reduced mobility. You can contact the operator in advance should you require further assistance.

Additional information

• Stay limit: Access is limited to a maximum stay of 3 hours per visit.

• Entry window: You may enter from up to 3.5 hours before your flight departure.

• Children 0-3 years: Children aged 0 to 3 years enjoy free admission to the lounge.

• Child pricing limits: Children aged 4-14 are not included in adult-only access packages.

• Shuttle service: A shuttle operates between the lounges and certain gates where available.

• Additional fee: Entry to this lounge requires an additional charge of €5 per visit in addition to the pre-booked lounge pass.
