Getting settled

Follow terminal signs to your chosen lounge in Terminal 2 at Shanghai Pudong International Airport, using the lounge number selected (72, 77, 69, 86, or 73). Have your valid passport, boarding pass, and digital booking confirmation ready to present at the lounge entrance.

Location

Juneyao Airlines VIP Lounge No. 72: Located airside. After security, turn left towards gate D73. Take the elevator upstairs to the lounge.

China Eastern VIP Lounge No. 69: Located airside, near Gate 69 on the Upper Floor.

Juneyao Air VIP Lounge No. 86: Located airside. After passport control and security check, turn right and walk straight ahead for 360 meters. The lounge is next to the No. C80 Departure Gate.

First Class Lounge No. 73: Located airside. After passport control and security check, proceed down to Level 2. Turn right and walk straight for around 100 meters. The lounge is opposite to Boarding Gate 76.

China Eastern Lounge No. 77: Located airside, in the Restricted Area, Terminal 2, Shanghai Pudong International Airport

Rules and Restrictions

Heavy luggage is not allowed inside the lounge.

The lounges are located airside, so you will have to clear security and passport control before entering.

What to bring

Voucher: Bring your digital booking confirmation as stated on your voucher.

Photo ID: Bring a valid passport or government photo ID that matches your booking name.

Boarding pass: Carry your same day boarding pass for Terminal 2 departures to access the lounge.

Dress code: Smart casual attire is recommended for lounge entry.

What’s not allowed

Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.

Pets: Pets are not allowed inside the lounge.
