Find Sala VIP Plaza Mayor in Terminal 4 or Sala VIP Neptuno in Terminal 4S at Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport, following airport VIP lounge signs. Present your lounge booking, valid photo ID, and same-day boarding pass at the entrance for check-in by the lounge staff.

The lounges are located airside. So, ensure that you clear passport and security formalities before entering the lounge.

Outside food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the lounge.
