Important Information

• Any checked-in passengers from any airline (across any ticket class) is allowed to book this ticket
• Cardholders from Dragonpass, Diners Club, Priority Pass, and Wexas are accepted
• You can use the lounge 3 hours prior to the departure of your flight. Extra hours can be purchased in - advance if you wish to arrive sooner
• You are free to leave the lounge and return any time during the stay, however, you must carry your luggage with you at all times
• To ensure a premium lounge experience, we encourage you to dress appropriately; wear smart-casual clothing
• Guests are encouraged to drink responsibly before boarding the aircraft

Daily from 4:30 AM- 10:30 PM

• Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly
• Please display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at No1 Lounge (Terminal 3)
• If you have purchased reduced-price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification

• Make your way to Heathrow Airport’s No1 Lounge (Terminal 3)
• After security follow signs for Lounge F and No1 Lounge, Bedrooms and Spa
