Disappointed, nobody's fault but the weather was bad and the orangutans didn't come out Instead we saw a lizard that we have in our garden and a snake and owl It was well organised the breakfast was. nice just unfortunate because of the weatherSusan

When I booked online in Australia I was not informed I would also have to buy tickets to enter the zoo. When we arrived I had QR codes and was told to go and redeem then for tickets. There were a few staff in the office who said to get a ticket for queuing. Did not tell us which ticket to get so consequently I got the wrong one and had to get back in the queue again. I was not the only person to do this. We waited 20mins to get served as even though there were a few staff only 1 was serving. The rest were hovering over other computers. Finally when I got served I was informed about buying entry tickets. This whole process meant that we were late for breakfast even though we had allowed plenty of time. So not a lot of food left and as soon as we sat down the park rangers started their talk.
These tickets are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
