The gondola company did a great job. I was disappointed the 50 minute tour was cut short to only 30 minutes.

I paid for 50 minutes and got 25... besides getting ripped on my time, the scenery was beautiful. I won't book again with this company though because they short changed me on the time...

I was very pleased with the trip—it wasn't long, but it was impressive. Both the guitarist and singer were excellent, featuring the most famous and beautiful Italian songs and arias. The only thing that bothered me was that the musicians and gondolier were in casual clothes, which was a bit lacking in local color. And the trip was essentially 25 minutes long. At 350 euros, they could have done a better job.
