Our gondola guide was super friendly and informative. The ride was just what I expected - not too short and not too long. The intro info was also interesting while we walked to the location to take the gondole.

Es mi primer viaja a Italia y a Venecia, antes de llegar estuve en Florencia y otros lugares como Siena. Me sorprende mucho la cultura que tiene Venecia y un paseo aún q fue pequeño llega uno a viajar en el pasado de como fueron las primeras gondolas, me imagino q han de pasar de generación en generación esta tradición. Esta tradición no puede perderse.

Ride was pleasant enough. Gondola driver did not do any narration and spent most of the time on his cell phone chatting. Even just a few comments about the canals we were in, what we were seeing would have added a lot to this trip.

The tickets mentioned a gondola ride that was to explore hidden gems with a guided tour, our ride was basically the same as all other visitors in the same route with no hidden gems or exploration. There are many other cheaper gondolas that you can book in the spot as well. Would not recommend this service at all.
