It was fantastic from start to finish. Lovely people checked us in, and then one took us on the short walk to the gondola. Our gondalier was lovely and took us on a fabulously peaceful tour of the back street canals before emerging back onto mainstream Venice. Couldn't recommend it highly enough!

Genial, lo teníamos la tarde anterior y cayó el diluvio jajaja según su política ni se anulan ni se cambian, pero fueron súper amables y lo dejaron para la mañana siguiente. Nos pusieron una actividad antes con gafas 3D y súper chulos.

The Headout gondola cruise starts first with a Virtual Reality presentation covering background history to Venice and gondolas - very good. And caters for those who wear hearing devices! Note you need to turn up at the Headout office. Then it's a short walk to the gondola, seating five. Two of them get the heart-shaped seat - the others have flat seats. Can't change positions once you're onboard (as one tried during our 25-minute trip causing a panicky shout from the gondolier as the boat swayed threateningly!) All in all it was a fabulous experience. (As at our springtime break, getting a gondola ride for two people without booking was typically 90€)

The gondola experience was beautiful and the hosts were lovely. They waited for other group member to arrive and once everyone was ready a young lady and gentleman walked us to the dock. The experience was once in a lifetime and if you are in Venice, YOU MUST have this experience. The price was fair and the service was exceptional, thank you! ❤️

Il giro in gondola è stato molto bello, Venezia era assaltata da turisti ma il gondoliere Davide ci ha mostrato canali con palazzi pieni di fascino e raccontato la storia dei quartieri veneziani. Consiglio di descrivere meglio il punto di incontro per evitare tempi persi.

Host greeted well took us to the gondola, we were able to get in quick but the gondola ride it self was shorter than the time given and the guide hasn't provided much info.
