Facile à trouver. Notre bateau a eu des difficultés au départ, nous avons dû changer de bateau. Il y a peu de place pour les valises et aucune aide de l'équipage. Mais cela nous rendu à bon port!

This was really easy to use. Bought tickets online and redeemed them at the port/station the night before so that we would have the QR code ticket ready. We got on at Rialto and it did fill up our boat but they have another ready to go that was only a couple minutes behind the one we were on. They paused at the other stops to let people know the next boat was on the way.

Good service - slightly not obvious where to check in - needs more detail signage - but service once on board was great - even when we had to change boats as the boat had a problem - quickly solved Thankyou

Very easy access from the airport to the docks. Also, extremely easy to board the waterbus. Im my opinion, the windows on the waterbus were a little too high and you had to stand to enjoy the gorgeous view.

Venice runs on vaporettos (water buses), sleek water taxis, and romantic gondolas. Walk the charming alleys or hop on a traghetto for a quick canal crossing. Buses and trains connect to the mainland, while bike rentals work in Lido. Taxis exist, but boats rule the lagoon!

Additional Information

Guests are required to exchange their Headout voucher for tickets at a designated point before boarding.

Your tickets are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Round-trip tickets must be kept securely and used within 30 days from the date of first validation.

In case of fog or bad weather, service may switch to a car transfer to Piazzale Roma.

Service staff is available at Desk 71 (Marco Polo Airport, first floor).

After arrival at Marco Polo Airport, follow signage that leads to the dock/water-bus/vaporetto area. You will have to walk for 5–10 minutes from your terminal to the dock to board your boat.
