Me gustaron tanto la puntualidad y las indicaciones de los guías. Deberían mejorar: El Puntí inicial de encuentro en Ramada no está claramente indicado y has de estar atento a los movimientos de los posibles clientes. Por otro lado el tiempo de visita en Pompeya es claramente insuficiente; como mínimo tres horas.

La puntualidad, rapidez y la amabilidad de todo el equipo en cada zona que estuvimos, entramos súper rápido sin esperas, una vez llegábamos te daban las entradas y el tiempo que tenías para ello (que era suficiente) recomiendo mucho el tour completo de las 3 zonas, me parece que es una buena inversión para conocer parte importante de Nápoles, te dan tiempo suficiente para ver absolutamente todo y hasta para comprar souvenirs, los transportes bien equipados y en buen estado, recomendable desde Madrid!!🇪🇸

Die Organisation war super, nette Guides haben uns immer genau gesagt, wann und wo, hat alles geklappt. Der Audioguide auf dem Handy in Herculaneum war ganz schlecht! Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Handys, bei beiden gab es immer wieder Stockungen, wir mussten neu den QR-code einlesen, die Nummern haben nicht gestimmt und das schlimmste eigentlich: Computerstimme mit schlechten Übersetzungen und schlechter Aussprache, das heißt schlechten Wortbetonungen! Außerdem wäre es schön gewesen, einen gedruckten Plan von Herculaneum in der Hand halten zu können. Das wäre zu verbessern! Vielen Dank, Eva und Klaus Gülker

So helpful to have transport between the sites. It was a little chaotically organised but it worked. Disappointingly there was no time for lunch or coffee breaks, or to visit gift shop at Pompei. I would recommend taking lunch and drinks with you. The tour guide provided at Pompei was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The pompei tour was a little rushed and I didn't feel I had time to look round the museum part properly. The guided tour only does a very small part of the site. Be prepared for a lot of walking on rough ground. If I were to do the tour again, I would miss off Herculaneum. The three site visit was too much for one day.

It was a full day, we visited Pompei, Mount Vezuvius and Herculaneo. We had a guided tour only în Pompei, we saw the important points, but there are still more to see... For the rest, we decided to discover by ourself, was perfect. For the timeing, nothing bad to say, was ok, everything according to schedule.

Très bonne exvursion. Suffisamment de temps sur chaque site. Ce n’est pas la course, on a largement le temps de voir ce qu’il y a à voir, sauf sur Pompei peut être, pour ceux qui veulent vraiment tout voir

Vriendelijk personeel, en dat je overal genoeg tijd kreeg om de hoogte punten te bezoeken. Goed geregeld met vervoer, gewoon normaal. Top ervaring.

Expect moderate walking across uneven terrain; sturdy footwear is recommended.

No indecent clothing or shirtless entry inside the sites.

Large dogs over 10kg or 40cm are not allowed, except certified guide dogs.

Commercial photography and tripods are not permitted.

Accessibility

Not accessible for wheelchairs or strollers.

Not suitable for visitors with limited mobility or cardiac conditions.

This booking includes a €11.68 entrance ticket to Mount Vesuvius National Park + booking fees.

During the low season, from Nov to Mar, the live guide inside the ruins will be replaced with an audio guide if the group is less than 6 people.
