Me gustaron tanto la puntualidad y las indicaciones de los guías. Deberían mejorar: El Puntí inicial de encuentro en Ramada no está claramente indicado y has de estar atento a los movimientos de los posibles clientes. Por otro lado el tiempo de visita en Pompeya es claramente insuficiente; como mínimo tres horas.

La puntualidad, rapidez y la amabilidad de todo el equipo en cada zona que estuvimos, entramos súper rápido sin esperas, una vez llegábamos te daban las entradas y el tiempo que tenías para ello (que era suficiente) recomiendo mucho el tour completo de las 3 zonas, me parece que es una buena inversión para conocer parte importante de Nápoles, te dan tiempo suficiente para ver absolutamente todo y hasta para comprar souvenirs, los transportes bien equipados y en buen estado, recomendable desde Madrid!!🇪🇸

Nice way to see both Vesuv and Herculaneum. However we did miss a map before visit to Heculaneum, and app on the phone was not reliable and did not function as it should.

Die Organisation war super, nette Guides haben uns immer genau gesagt, wann und wo, hat alles geklappt. Der Audioguide auf dem Handy in Herculaneum war ganz schlecht! Wir hatten 2 verschiedene Handys, bei beiden gab es immer wieder Stockungen, wir mussten neu den QR-code einlesen, die Nummern haben nicht gestimmt und das schlimmste eigentlich: Computerstimme mit schlechten Übersetzungen und schlechter Aussprache, das heißt schlechten Wortbetonungen! Außerdem wäre es schön gewesen, einen gedruckten Plan von Herculaneum in der Hand halten zu können. Das wäre zu verbessern! Vielen Dank, Eva und Klaus Gülker

Driver was very good. Team well organized and cheerful. The sights are amazing. It would have been better to have more than 2 hrs for Pompeii- this felt rushed and more time could have fit in.

We arrived to Naples by cruise ship and booked our Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii day trip about a month in advance. It was AMAZING! The pick up location was easy to get to by metro from the cruise terminal. From there, we hopped on a very comfortable mini bus to Pompeii. The tour includes an audioguide but you have the opportunity to upgrade to a live guide. We prefer exploring on our own and found the audioguide perfect for our needs. We were given 3 hours to explore Pompeii and then hopped on a coach bus to travel to Vesuvius. The hike up was steep but well worth the phenomenal views. Overall, I was very impressed with the organization of Around Vesuvio tour company. They made sure every passenger was accounted for every time we changed locations. We arrived back in Naples with 3 hours to return to the port. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Visitting times at the locations were too short to enjoy really. Chaotic transport. And after all, way too expensive for what it was: payed 91€ for two entries (11€ + 13€), further no guide, no explanation... that makes it an extravagant expensive bus trip

The team in Napoli was lovely, the girl in a bus and a man in hat were very polite. The drivers are amazing! But the young man in Pompei was very very rude and this broke our experience. Vesuvio and Pompei are worth to visit anyway.

Tour guides at start (Naples) funny and smart. Ercolano audio guide terrible! No organization. You can't get much out of wakling around- hire a real guide. Trip back was long and tedious.
