We had a great experience with both our taxi driver, Broto, and our Jeep driver!! Our Jeep driver was very kind and did the tour together with his brother who took amazing pictures of us! Our taxi driver was very kind and waited for us through the day and safely drove us everywhere! We would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!!

We did the private jeep tour with the hot springs, lava camp and coffee taste with Derik and it was amazing! Derik was simply exceptional guide and photographer! Everything was well organized, we receive refreshments, the Luwak coffee tasting was very good, the driver pick up Depa was also quite, smooth and friendly and the tour guide Derik with his photos definitely made the difference! We really recommend to get the tour, it totally worthy to wake up early, our time and our money. For us it is a must-do!

Absolutely incredible experience hiking Mount Batur with Headout! From start to finish, everything was perfectly organised and stress-free. The pickup was right on time, and our guide was not only knowledgeable but also super friendly and encouraging throughout the climb. The hike itself was challenging but completely worth it — reaching the summit just in time for sunrise was honestly one of the most breathtaking moments I’ve ever experienced. The views were unreal, and having a warm breakfast cooked with volcanic steam at the top was such a unique touch! I really appreciated how safe and supported I felt the entire time, especially in the darker early morning hours. The guide made sure everyone stayed together and set a comfortable pace for the group. If you’re thinking about doing the Mount Batur sunrise hike, I couldn’t recommend Headout more. It was seamless, memorable, and easily one of the highlights of my trip!

Amazing experience though the fog on the top hid the sunrise. Private transfer and driver was excellent and allowed me to get an extra hour of sleep before the hike. The guide on the mountain was amazing and together with group made it an unforgettable experience.

The tour was nice. Sunrise was on point. The trek was pretty hard, you may want to add an advisory for the trek, not for beginners. After the trek loved the flexibility of having a personal car taking us around with live suggestions and dynamically updating intineraries based on the mood. What made the tour extra special was our driver, D. He left no stone unturned to make our day very special. From being our personal photographer to actually becoming a really good friend, he made the day much more enjoyable. He made sure we didn't miss out on anything, while also keeping in mind how tired we were or what our mood was, drafting an itinerary we could never find in a pre planned itinerary/ package. He extended the duration of his tour without even mentioning it or asking for anything because we wanted to shop around a little bit. In fact he helped us find the right shops for exactly what we needed. All in all the day was one of the best days of our trip and D made sure we were all smiles throughout. Thank you!

We just had an amazing trip to Mt. Batur for Sunrise, which was followed by a visit in the Hot Springs and a Coffee Plantation. We had an amazing hike, the view on the summit was amazing! Our driver Kadek Putra was an excellent driver, who picked us up at the hotel and brought us to all required destinations. He was always on point and we felt very Safe with him. Our hiking-guide Njoman was also an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge and very good photo skills! All people have been super kind, we would definetly book this trip again!
