Mount Batur Sunrise Tour by Trek/Jeep with Natural Hot Springs & Hotel Transfers

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! Our driver was fantastic — incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the entire trip. He made sure we were comfortable, kept everything running smoothly, and got us to each destination with plenty of time to enjoy the experience without feeling rushed. His positive attitude, helpfulness, and care throughout the day really made the experience even better. The mountain hike was definitely a challenge — a very tough climb that tested us, but completely worth it once we reached the top. The tour guide was wonderful, patient, and encouraging, setting a good pace and slowing down when needed while making sure everyone had plenty of breaks along the way. For anyone struggling with the climb, there is also a 350k option halfway up where you can get a bike ride for the remainder of the way. The views from the top of the mountain were absolutely incredible and made the hard work worthwhile. The hot springs were a relaxing way to unwind afterwards (although they were quite busy), and the coffee tasting was another highlight. There were plenty of delicious options to try, and the beautiful views made it an unforgettable experience. Overall, an amazing tour with a fantastic team. Highly recommend this experience — especially thanks to our amazing driver who went above and beyond to make the day run perfectly!

Booked last minute as a spur of the moment thing as we were flying in midnight and didn't want to waste the morning - perfect trip for the occasion! The driver, Rama was incredibly understanding after we had minor delay to the flight and worked with us to accomodate the pickup, and we felt safe to sleep in the journey to and from the base site. Pur, our 4x4 driver was amazing, very easy to talk to and was so patient and helpful, communicated every leg of the journey & was more than happy to answer questions and take some epic pics. Defo recommend if its a nice morning with minimal clouds forecast. If youre a coupke or just want to unwind & watch the world wake up.

The tour was well organised. Our driver Kadek, was punctual and friendly. He worked hard to entertain us on the trip. He is a local man and was able to answer questions about local culture. We even drove through his village on the way to the coffee plantation. Kadek was happy to wait as long as we needed at the hot springs and the coffee stop. We arrived in plenty of time for the sunrise, which was beautiful. Our guide (also named Kadek) took us to a quieter space with a great view and away from the jeeps. We avoided the queues, drones and noise. The hot springs were excellent. This was a very good choice, highly recommended.

We had an amazing day exploring Bali with our guide and jeep driver, Agus Badeng. He was incredibly friendly, punctual, and made us feel welcome from the moment he picked us up. He shared lots of interesting information about Balinese culture and took us to some incredible spots, while making sure we had plenty of time at each location. The driving was safe and comfortable, and he was always happy to help take photos and answer any questions. I would highly recommend Agus Badeng to anyone visiting Bali – thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Mount Batur sunrise hiking is one of most amazing experiences I ever had in my entire life. Starting from our very kind and professional driver Astrawan who communicated with me very well and was on time to pick me up and he made sure we are very comfortable all the tour to our gorgeous lady guide who took us to the summit and made sure to take pictures for us to memorize this wonderful experience. God bless them all it's was such a wonderful adventure and I super highly recommend them!

You don't go near the top of the mountain which I thought you were going to get somewhat near, maybe another 1.5/2 hour hike would get you there. Pick up driver was very friendly and our jeep driver was great, we had Mangku merta, he was great at taking pictures of us and was nice and chatty. Lava flow sands are cool if you're into geography or geology. Hot springs are a nice place to relax with a great view. The breakfast included is nice, tried snake fruit for the first time
