Visit Mercado do Livramento, the most vibrant fishing market in the region. See the Convent of Jesus, a national monument and one of the first structures displaying Portugal’s take on late Gothic. Next, take in panoramic 360-degree views of the city from the São Felipe Fort, protected by the Sado Estuary.
