What to bring

• Hiking boots with ankle support are mandatory.

What’s not allowed

• Children under 8 years are not permitted.

• Participants with shoe sizes outside 35–50 EU cannot join, as specialized glacier crampons are only available for this range.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the activity.
