What to bring

• Bring your own bathing suit for the Secret Lagoon.

• Bring good outdoor clothing and shoes suitable for Icelandic weather.

• Dress warmly and in waterproof layers, as weather can change suddenly.

What’s not allowed

• Large bags and suitcases are not permitted on the tour vehicles.

• Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the tour.

• Pets are not allowed, except for registered service animals.

Accessibility

• This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Additional information

• Minimum age is 6 years; children must be accompanied by an adult. Only one child is allowed per adult.

• Two people share a snowmobile by default; a single rider upgrade is available for an additional fee onsite.

• Meals are not included; food is not served daily at the Secret Lagoon, but snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

• Pick-up starts 30 minutes before departure from designated Reykjavik locations. Please be ready at your pick-up point on time.

• Tour timings may be delayed or canceled due to weather and road conditions.

• Towels are provided at the Secret Lagoon.

• The tour duration is approximately 9–10 hours.
