It was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience, despite the fact that we were constantly disturbed by the constant coming and going, the pushing and shoving, and your customers from China who were blocking our view. Your staff did their best to calm them down, get them to sit down, etc., but they were completely unmanageable and unbearable. I still gave it 4 stars.

Cruise is exactly what we needed. Just a quick tour up the river and back from a convenient location near the WOW museums. Boats leave at regular intervals. Check with the tourism office if you can't find the dock (there are a few of them and the names might be different). I'd take the last one to catch the sunset.

This experience is not wheelchair accessible.

Children must be accompanied by adults at all times. A minimum of two people is required per booking. Picked the cruise and cellar visit option? You can do both experiences on separate days. The cruise is subject to weather and navigation conditions; the itinerary may change without prior notice.

Bring comfortable shoes, a sun hat, and comfortable clothing. Bring headphones and a fully charged smartphone if you wish to use the audio guide via mobile app.

Smoking, luggage, and large bags are not allowed on this experience. Due to venue restrictions, pets cannot tag along for this experience.
