The tour of the mines was very interesting. It’s a place you wouldn’t expect, and they’re impressive. I highly recommend visiting. The only downside is that the Spanish-language tour inside the mine is excellent, led by a local guide. But when they pick you up on the bus, everything is in English, so if you don’t know enough English to get by, you won’t understand the instructions on where to stand, the time, or the meeting point.
    • Journey deep underground to explore vast chambers, shimmering salt lakes, and intricate chapels carved from salt at the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

    • Skip the ticket line and enjoy included transportation and entry for a seamless trip from Krakow.

    • Hear captivating tales of miners and Princess Kinga, whose lost ring was found in the salt, shared by expert guides in the Wieliczka Salt Mine.

    • Admire salt-carved chapels, crystal-clear lakes, and ornate sculptures lit by chandeliers in vast, awe-inspiring underground halls.

    • Choose options with hotel pickup and drop-off or a local guide in your preferred language for extra comfort and ease.

Oscar, our driver, was great. Attentive, helpful, and open to any questions. The German tour guide was excellent. The only thing was: of course, the mine was absolutely packed. So every now and then, the individual groups would get backed up. But it wasn’t a big deal. It was a shame, though, that we often had to rush through the mine. There’s plenty of seating available at every station. At the end of the tour, there’s another souvenir shop. The final walk to the elevator was definitely at least another 1.5 km. We were accompanied by a staff member who was very sweet and quick. The trip was definitely worth it, and Oscar once again drove us back to Krakow safely and smoothly.

This booking was so well organised. I was kept informed all of the way including pick up points, times & even make & model of the bus including the registration number. The drivers & guides were so helpful & friendly. I can't wait to return to Krakow soon. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

The salt mine is truly unique and definitely worth seeing. The tour is well-organized, departing from Krakow and returning to your accommodation or nearby. The guide is knowledgeable and attentive, and the driver is helpful. The tour is quite demanding, as it lasts 2 hours or more and takes place at a depth of over 100 meters.

I loved seeing the underground chambers and learning how the miners created such detailed spaces from salt. The history was fascinating, and the entire mine felt completely different from anything I had experienced before.
