The booking process was easy. Whilst we found the meeting point quite easily we would have preferred a hotel pickup, but unfortunately our hotel wasn't on the list. The tour of the salt mines was fascinating and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful, but we struggled to hear her. Perhaps some form of voice amplification could be used? (Similar to the one she used in the snack bar area to advise everyone in our group to assemble and move on?)

Walking through different chambers and tunnels, you’ll listen to fascinating insights about the mine’s mining history and legends from the guide. In the salt chambers, you'll come across intricate salt sculptures, an underground lake, and the magnificent Chapel of St. Kinga, also crafted by the miners entirely from salt. - Wear comfortable shoes as there is plenty of walking involved.
