First was girls at ticket booth , so helpful and so nice-very helpful- then boat safety presentation (Chris I think was his name boat guide) and then the ride. Totally enjoyed getting soaked with the group on the boat (130pm)- theboat guide talked about the river, some history, the power station was very funny - the captain did a great job on control of the boat and accomplised his getting us soaked. For the money it was great, just wished u had a bit more snack food options for waiting - hot dogs-burgers- fries

The boatride was phenomenal in the dry boat because our 13 year old son was only 82 lbs. The ride was intense, especially the anticipation of the class 6 rapids. The waves in the class 5 rapids were intense and watching the people outside in the front was priceless entertainment. Very happy not to get pounded by waves.

The staff were super friendly and clearly passionate about safety and fun. We felt well-prepared with the safety briefing and gear, and it was obvious that they take their training seriously — which made us feel completely comfortable heading into the rapids. Now, let’s talk about the ride itself — WOW. The power of the jet boat as it roared through the Class V rapids was mind-blowing. We were absolutely drenched (by choice — we picked the wet option!) and laughing the whole time. The captain added so much energy to the trip with great commentary, fun spins, and just the right amount of adrenaline. Beyond the thrill, the scenery was breathtaking.
