I would recommend giving seat preference to people that come first on a first come first serve basis. I came with my brother and sister about an hour early just so we could get front row seats, and we were actually the first ones from our boat, and we got the third row instead of the first. I personally feel like this part was a little bit unfair, but other than that everything went really really well. Our tour guide and captain were amazing. Overall, it was a fun experience and definitely worth it.

Had a great time. Guides were helpful and personable. Very bad dad jokes. James was having way too much fun with them. We were in the dry boat, and the passengers were divided over whether the rapids or watching the wet seats get soaked was more fun. If we are in the area again, we will definitely come back.

Connor and captain Charlie were fantastic, we had a blast, learned a little bit about the history of the falls and got totally soaked. It was so much fun, we all felt completely safe while enjoying a thrilling ride. Would definitely do that again
