The cruise provided us an up close and personal view of the magnificent falls. It was exciting to be in the midst of it. Prior to the cruise we appreciated the opportunity to see the falls from above (Skylon Tower), below and behind (Journey Behind the Falls), and also the commentary provided by our guide Huzaifa. If short on time, it's the perfect comprehensive tour!

Since it was still the off season, the cruise was replaced with "Niagara Takes Flight" which was a great substitute. (I highly recommend it as it gives you glimpses of deep under and behind the falls, as well as some of the historical evets that occurred in the area.) Our guide, Alisha, was friendly, knowledgable, personable, and organized. It was helpful having her to keep track of times, places and tickets. An excellent tour.

The tour guide was exceptional and friendly, I cannot remember her name but my schedule was on April 24 at 12pm starting at Skylon Tower. She walked us through all the spots and gave us very detailed information. Overall it was such a great experience and Niagara Takes Flight was the hit of the evening.

I thoroughly enjoyed the trip! The waiters were very attentive, the singer entertained us fantastically, and I could have listened to the storyteller all the way to the 1001st island! Thank you to the entire crew and the captain for this unique and wonderful experience on the St. Lawrence River!

The guide was very nice. We appreciated several aspects of the tour. What was disappointing was the boats on the Canadian side weren't running and that was not disclosed to us. We purchased a tour that included the boat ride, which was the part we were most looking forward to. We should have been notified beforehand so that we had the choice of a refund or to proceed without the boat ride. They did substitute a 4D ride but it was not the same. We ended up spending another $100 on the American side to see the falls via boat.

The Hornblower Cruise is not available in winter months and will be replaced by other options based on the tour selected.

Restroom access is limited, so ensure you use the facilities before the tour begins.

No parking is available at the tour meeting point. There are 2 (out of 11 total) main paid parking lots located at Niagara Parkway. Both parking lots are open year-round.

Parking Lot A is the closest to the Falls and is located right next to the Power Station.

Parking Lot B is located at the Floral Showhouse.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the tour start time. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for late arrivals or no-shows.

Tip: Nature lovers, stay alert! You might catch a glimpse of a peregrine falcon nesting on the cliffs—these majestic birds dive at speeds over 200 mph!
