Our guide Sieede was FANTASTIC , pleasant, easy to talk to. He answered every question and was very knowledgeable. He always gave us some free time for a break. He made the tour wonderful. We loved the boat ride and the fact it was electric. Highly recommend.

Brian was our guide, he was great! Full of information, kind and led the group well. We were there before the start of the season (end of April) so we all enjoyed an uncrowded experience. Just be prepared for the cold and wet. Recommended experience!

Our tour was lead by 2 informative guides that were very engaging. One of the Guides could speak Spanish which he took the time to repeat everything to those who may not comprehend English to well. It was great!!!

What to bring

Both attractions provide a free plastic poncho with admission, but since mist and weather can make conditions damp and cool, consider bringing a jacket or change of clothes to stay comfortable during your visit.

Accessibility

This experience is not accessible by wheelchair.

This experience is pram/stroller accessible. You will have to leave the strollers in the designated stroller parking area before boarding the boat.

Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

Additional information

The Maid of the Mist boat ride is not operational during winter months and will be replaced by the Cave of the Winds experience.

This tour takes place entirely on the US side and does not include crossing the bridge into Canada.
