What’s not allowed

• Wildlife interaction: Do not attempt to touch or feed any dolphins, whales, turtles, or other marine life.

• Minors: Children must be accompanied by an adult.

• Bags: Oversized luggage, large bags, and coolers are not permitted.

• Drones and speakers: Drones and external speakers are not allowed.

• Substances: Alcohol, outside drinks, drugs, and boarding while intoxicated are prohibited.

• Groups: Party groups, stag parties, and hen parties are not permitted.

Accessibility

• Mobility: The cruise is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with mobility impairments.

• Check-in time: Please arrive at the Funchal Marina office 30 minutes before departure for check-in.

• Ticket exchange: You must exchange your voucher for a boarding card before you can board.

• Sighting guarantee: Dolphin and whale sightings are not guaranteed on this cruise.

• Missed departure: If you miss the boat or arrive late, you will not be eligible for boarding or a refund.

• Snorkeling deposit: Snorkeling equipment requires a refundable €20 cash deposit.
