From start to end this was great experience. We met our hosts then given a landyard and headset. That worked well. The guided tour begins straight away before you get to the castle. Our guide had lots of knowledge and history to share. Well worth it, the castle and cathedral are so good. Highly recommend.

Margot, our guide, gave us lots of details about the history of the Polish kings. We visited the second floor of the castle and the cathedral. It's a shame that you can't take photos in the cathedral. The price of the guided tour is a little expensive, though.

What impressed us the most was the guide’s excellent ability to manage the group, especially considering there were many children under 7 years old present. If access is restricted, your tour will be replaced with another visit within the castle complex.

A dress code is required for entry to places of worship and selected museums. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed, and both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders. Entry may be refused if these requirements are not met.
