Both tours were thrilling. The guides explained everything clearly, going into the finest details and always ready to answer our questions. The splendor of the castle and the cathedral captured our attention, as did the salt mine. The story of the queen and the Salt Cathedral is fascinating, but above all, it’s the skill of the people who created a spectacle that leaves you speechless. The tour guides did an excellent and pleasant job. Every detail was carefully thought out to make the experience easier and more enjoyable for the tourists. For older people, there were a few too many sites to visit in a single day.

I liked how well the tour was organized—we got to see a lot of places (the castle, the cathedral, Sigismund’s Bell) at a good price. The guide was friendly; the only thing missing was a little more enthusiasm and some interesting facts to spice up the tour.

Wawel Cathedral is an active place of worship, and during significant religious, state, or jubilee events, or visits from VIP guests, access to the cathedral, royal tombs, or bell tower may be restricted without prior notice.

If access is restricted, your tour will be replaced with another visit within the castle complex.

A dress code is required for entry to places of worship and selected museums. Shorts and sleeveless tops are not allowed, and both men and women must cover their knees and shoulders. Entry may be refused if these requirements are not met.

The duration of the tour with entry to the Rynek Underground Museum is 5 hours and 30 minutes.
