Ticketing was fine but do take out the bit about printing the ticket. Most people are travelling. Mel, the guide was great. A real feature. I do think adding the Cotswold into the advertising was false as all we saw was a couple of thatched houses as we sped by. Overall, a pretty good day.

It was punctual. There was free Wifi on the bus. No bathroom, though. The guide was entertaining. Not so big on history.
