• Due to security reasons, storage facilities for luggage, pushchairs, buggies, etc. will not be provided.

• Note that the following are not allowed on this tour: large bags, pets, drones.

• The experience is not accessible for wheelchair users, pram/stroller users.

• Please note that due to ongoing redevelopment at the Santiago Bernabéu, there have been modifications to the classic tour route. The revised itinerary now encompasses a panoramic view of the currently under-construction Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, a comprehensive tour of the Real Madrid C.F. Museum, and an opportunity to visit the official store.
