Begin at the main entrance of the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, where your guide will greet you and check your tickets. After a brief introduction and security check, you’ll join a small group for early, private access to the stadium.

Calling out to players, asking for photos with them, or requesting autographs is strictly prohibited; violation may result in exclusion from the experience without compensation.

Late arrivals may be denied entry due to stadium security protocols; refunds are not accepted.

Large bags, suitcases, and oversized luggage are not allowed inside the stadium for security reasons. However, the museum has lockers where you can store bags or baby strollers.

Alcohol, drugs, and any form of intoxication are strictly prohibited on the premises.

Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
