    It's nice inside but it has nothing related to the Austro-Hungarian Empire or Austria, it has armour, musical instruments and various other exhibits from African, Asian and Indian cultures. Still it is quite interesting and has very good explanations with the audioguide.

    A nice visit to the new Hofburg Palace (not a new visit) ... The second floor (mezzanine, in fact) has a Musée du Quai Branly feel to it, which we loved, so here it is again. The rest of the tour is well worth it. We learn about the construction of this new palace, which lasted long after Sissi.

    Beautiful,interesing visit. The very knowledgeable Rheinhard guide ,managed to convey very well the atmosphere of that time ,the way of life in an empire that was now crumbling .Very difficult times for an inteligent ,modern woman like Elizabeth .
