My wife and I really enjoyed our Vivid Sydney Glass Boat Dinner Cruise. Our cruise was not fully booked, which meant that we were able to enjoy the experience without it being too crowded. Staff we friendly; food available for dinner was very nice; and the actual cruise experience to see the Vivid lights was wonderful. I am in awe of the captain being able to bring Bella Vista into a dock not much wider that the ship itself. Our only 'negative' feedback would be that when passengers are asked to arrive 15 minutes before departure, we shouldn't still be sitting at the dock 20 minutes after departure time waiting to leave - if guests can't be on time, leave them behind. I was so disappointed to see people arriving at 6.15 and still being allowed to board.

The Glass boat was fabulous, food good, the biggest problem was finding the location. Where to board, my directions were King St Wharf, the problem was there were 26 piers over around a 2klm stretch. It would have been very handy to get a pier number. Needed to ring Headout and even then seemed to have problems sourcing the correct pier. Very frustrating and luckily I arrived early, and the boat left around 15min late.

Plentiful food but i would have expected coffee/tea, maybe even a dessert. Also, when we got to Wharf 3 there was no signage for Glass Boat dinner cruise. A lady was checking tickets but said she was with All Inclusive?? Tours.

Disappointed that there was no tables to eat at. There was a lot of people on the boat Another Buffett would have been a good idea to get people fed quickly and easier along with more staff behind the bar or an alternate area to buy soft drinks only

My colleague enjoyed the vivid cruise though its was the first night, not much lights around. Also, please designate security guards to where the cruise are. People are waited, confused and been chaotic. But, all fun afterwards:))
