Our tour guide was really informative and kept things lighthearted. She was very considerate to give tips for the gardens and other things to see at the end of the tour. She allowed plenty of time to take photos, keep us cool and answer questions. It was a very hot day, so the gardens underwhelmed me, but I didnt allow enough time so probably missed the best parts.

Hello I wasn’t happy how the visit got started. The information implied to wait outside of the location given. I did. Everyone was inside the building getting equipped with a head phone in a room next to the Museum tour purchasing area. I was under the impression someone from your company would be doing the tour. This was not the case, it was a museum guide who did the tour. Clearer instructions on where to go and who would be conducting the tour would have been a good. A museum supervisor from the tour purchasing counter helped me out and explained the process. The tour itself was fine. The guide was knoledgeble but needs to work on her communication skills when she responds to questions. She was a bit abrupt in her answers as opposed to encouraging questions. In summary, better info on how the tour is set up on site. I was at the meeting point at 10:00 am. Waiting for someone to give me some kind of instructions. Two days ago a different operator gave a tour at the Louvre, it was crystal clear on to where to go who to meet. James C Robertson

For example, you could write: We were very disappointed with this experience. We arrived only 5 minutes late, and despite our calls, no solution was offered to us. We were unable to take the tour of the Palace of Versailles even though we had paid a high price for a guided tour. What is most regrettable is not the delay itself, but the complete lack of assistance: no guidance, no offer to reschedule, no alternatives, and, to date, no gesture of goodwill.

Easy to find meeting point. Good communication before the tour. We had an exclusive tour of parts of the Palace not included on a general admission ticket. Bo our guide was excellent, calm, clear, unhurried, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Versailles. She made the tour interesting and enjoyable and we were so happy we booked this tour.
