Buying the two day ticket was a good idea. I needed to get to the stadium and back for a football game so the ticket was good value for money as it would have been €10 each way.The next day I used five or six water boats to get around Venice and to the islands. The process of buying from Headout was straightforward and the communication excellent. You simply type in the code at the ticket machine and your ticket is printed out. I would use this method again when in Venice.

Pretty easy to use once you understand that you need to use the reference code to pick up your ticket at the ticket counter. My ticket indicated that I had 3 days to use it, but when I went to visit the Correr Museum, I was told my ticket was no longer valid! That it was only valid for 24 hours. Needs double-checking.

Very convenient, we skipped the line to enter the museum and explored everything at our own pace. The Doge's Palace is an unforgettable experience: the paintings, the armory, the prison. We just couldn't find the Bridge of Sighs; it wasn't marked anywhere on the museum signs.

Everything went very well. When giving stars for the rating, if you tap the first star, the review submits and it looks negative, but that's not the case. Everything went splendidly.

Tickets must be validated before boarding ACTV public transport. The ACTV Tickets and Travelcard are activated from the moment they are first validated.

One luggage item is allowed, with a maximum total size of 150 cm (length + width + height).

The Venice Pass is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

The pass is activated when you use it at the first attraction and is valid for consecutive days.

Entry to Doge’s Palace is valid only on the date selected during booking.

You can also use the Venezia Unica self-service ticket machine present at the ticket office.

Venice Museum Pass

You will receive an email with your Venice Museum Pass shortly. Download the pass on your mobile device or print it out according to your own convenience and display your voucher at the museum entrances as mentioned in the mail for prompt entry. The pass will be activated after its first usage and will remain active for consecutive days depending on your choice of pass.
