CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago4/5I liked skipping the line to get into the museum and the museums themselves are amazing. However, we did have to wait about 35 40 mins at the meet up spot ( we did get there about 25 min early). They say to be there 15 min before but it's hard to time it exactly. It was hot and crowded outside and they call you names alphabetically ( we are W). Then you follow a guide who moves pretty quickly with a large crowd following so we almost lost her. There's no regard as in a regular line as to who's been there first and waiting longer. I'm sure it was still a good bit shorter wait than without the skip the line tickets. It was helpful for getting through security because she told us exactly what to do. Once inside you are on your own. The first couple sculpture rooms are not crowded but once you get moving in the direction of the Sistine Chapel, it is very congested and there is no place to sit down or rest for those who need to. We were fine, but I saw some others who seemed to be struggling. Be prepared for a very long wait to actually get to the chapel. That's not a complaint, just a fact to be aware of. It was worth it, but it's helpful to be aware that the weight is very long once you're in. We were still glad we went and that we did the skip the line. It is amazing!JJorge L

CoupleVerified bookingLast week5/5Visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel was an unforgettable experience. The entire visit was incredibly well organised, and the skip-the-line access made the experience much easier, especially with the large crowds. The museums are filled with breathtaking artwork, beautiful architecture, fascinating history and incredible details at every turn. The Sistine Chapel was definitely the highlight and seeing Michelangelo’s work in person was truly amazing. Our Headout booking process was simple and convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. We were able to enjoy the visit without worrying about tickets or long queues. Overall, this was one of the highlights of our Rome trip, and I would definitely recommend visiting the Vatican Museums and booking through Headout.VValean L
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5I booked the guided tour for the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel through Headout, and everything went perfectly. The meeting point was easy to find, and the staff was very welcoming. The biggest advantage was the Skip-the-Line access — the regular queues outside were massive, but we got inside very quickly. Our local guide was exceptional: passionate, fluent, and full of engaging stories about the history behind the Gallery of Maps and the Belvedere Courtyard. The tour concluded in the spectacular Sistine Chapel, where the explanations we received beforehand helped us truly appreciate Michelangelo's genius. I highly recommend Headout for a stress-free visit to the Vatican!PPerla A
SoloVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5Easy access and skipping the line. It was my first time with Headout and my first time visiting the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel and oh boy it did not disappoint. I was completely in awe! Being able to see in person and experience the beauty and grandeur of the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel was a great privilege, a lifetime opportunity to appreciate and to cherish. Given the time and resources, I will go through the whole experience again and make sure to spend more time inside the Sistine Chapel!!!
