Our review is not about the appeal of the museum or the immense artistic, historical, and cultural value of the Sistine Chapel, which are renowned and appreciated worldwide. Instead, we would like to highlight the kindness and professional excellence of the French-speaking guide on the tour of Friday, October 2 at 1:00 PM. In fact, our tour had just begun with the guide's explanations of the Sistine Chapel when my wife fell ill and lost consciousness. Realizing what had happened, the guide stepped in immediately to request a wheelchair and medical assistance before heading into the museum with her group. Naturally, we were unable to continue the tour with her that day, even though my wife felt better after being treated by the doctor at the infirmary. However, thanks to the understanding of the police officers on site, we were able to return the next day without waiting in line to enter the building. Deeply touched by the kindness and efficiency of everyone who helped us, we really wanted to share this experience. We also made sure to stop by the agency to thank Headout and let them know what had happened. Jean MINO

Tour guide was very knowledgeable and great about keeping the tour moving through the exhibits and making sure we caught the pieces that were truly significant. She was great at explaining the exhibits and their meanings. There were a few thousand people flowing through the museum, but I never felt lost in the madness. It would have been great to stay and explore more after the tour was over but our time, my son 's and mine, was already tight.

We booked the skip the line guided tour and Marta was our guide. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and welcoming. There is so much to see at the Vatican, it is impossible to do it all in one day. I would also recommend climbing the top of St Peters Basilica (this is an extra charge of 10 euros if you don't mind climbing the 500+ steps or 15 euros if you want to get the lift and cut out the first 200 steps. )

The tour with Rudy was so full of details and history. He had good knowledge and Roman and Vatican history. Was able to explain the paintings, the story behind them and also significance w.r.t biblical history. The fact that paintings had purposely had faces of Plato and even MichrlAngelo, Leonardo was an eye opener. If you would like to proceed to St Peters Basilica..you should take an earlier tour before 2 pm

We made a booking on September 17, and the money was taken. We were told that they would let us know 3 days before the date if there was a problem. We arrived in Rome, and the day before the visit, they informed us by email that it was canceled, fully booked, and that we would be refunded... Thanks for the "responsiveness." I do not recommend this platform. Terrible

On our tour, our guide was Giuseppe (if I'm not mistaken). You could tell he was truly passionate about what he was sharing with us and thoroughly enjoyed doing it. He was very kind and welcoming, especially considering that one of the members of the group had issues with their ticket and he went out of his way to help. The visit was spectacular. At the start of the tour, before entering the museums, he stopped to explain in detail what we would see in the Sistine Chapel and what we should look out for, since he wouldn't be going inside with us and talking isn't permitted there anyway. If I had to mention one downside, it's that with so many people around, you don't really get enough time to fully appreciate the guide's explanations. Still, that doesn't take away from the fact that he made every effort to be understood and answered any questions we had. Whenever I come back, I will definitely book with you again. Thank you for such an incredible experience!

I booked the guided tour for the Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel through Headout, and everything went perfectly. The meeting point was easy to find, and the staff was very welcoming. The biggest advantage was the Skip-the-Line access — the regular queues outside were massive, but we got inside very quickly.Our local guide was exceptional: passionate, fluent, and full of engaging stories about the history behind the Gallery of Maps and the Belvedere Courtyard. The tour concluded in the spectacular Sistine Chapel, where the explanations we received beforehand helped us truly appreciate Michelangelo's genius. I highly recommend Headout for a stress-free visit to the Vatican!

First of all, the driver. Alexander (not sure if I spelt his name correctly). He is a hidden gem on his own! The mini tour before the actual tour was amazing. You can tell he loves his job and is very knowlegable! Tour was great, sadly couldn't take any photos but the experience itself is worth every penny. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

The booking process was very easy and we found our tour guide fairly easy. The tour guide was very knowledgable and we got to see most of the museums and ended at Sistine Chapel. Definitely recommend booking a tour as the queues to just turn up are very long and you could be waiting up to 3 hours to get inside.
