I liked the tour a lot. It was crazy hot the day we went so I was glad we went early. The dome climb was cool but intense. They need benches when you get down! 😅 Our guide was very informative. We moved slow and went about an hour longer than anticipated but it was very crowded.

Will have to go back to the hotel for a nap afterwards. Our guide Marco was great you could definitely tell he knew his stuff. There was so much to take in 4 hours seem to fly by but is impossible to see everything you need a full day for this one for sure.

It was really nice to be able to look around and walk through St. Peter’s Basilica so early in the morning without there being too many other tourists. The visit to the tower was also peaceful. Raffa gave us a very thorough explanation of the church and everything there was to see both inside and out. Her explanation of the Sistine Chapel was also very vivid. Unfortunately, the tour of the Vatican Museums wasn’t as enjoyable. Our guide was hard to understand, and because of the crowds, we also had a hard time following her.

Great tour guide. Lots of interesting information and lots of walking. The only issue with the tour is lack of AC or seating areas. Some rooms were extremely humid and hot which made it challenging to focus on the guide. No places to rest so be ready to walk alot. In general, it was great tour to visit.
