My experience at The Shard in London was truly unforgettable. The moment I stepped into the high-speed elevator and soared to the viewing deck, I felt a rush of excitement. From the top, the panoramic view of London was simply breathtaking — the Thames, Tower Bridge, and city skyline all glittering below. The atmosphere was elegant yet calm, perfect for soaking in the beauty of the city. Watching the sunset from such a height was magical, and it gave me a new appreciation for London’s charm. A visit to The Shard is an experience I’d highly recommend to everyone

In my opinion, it is the skyscraper with the best 360-degree view of London. The view spans multiple floors and although there were a lot of people, you could equally enjoy the view while also sipping a good cocktail at sunset. What's more, it is also the skyscraper with the highest panoramic view...I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to experience observing London and its monuments from above.

We had an awesome day in London starting with a walk to shard ... bit of nerves at first looking up , then into the lift ... exciting and still a bit of nerves but it was smooth and quick to get up . Everyone was super friendly, then we stepped out to see the city ... it was amazing . A really exciting experience to share with my fiancée & just amazing to look over London city from a Birds Eye view !

It was a bit of a last minute decision to book on our recent trip to the O2 for a concert, Really chuffed that I did. The day had been a bit grey and drizzly but what do you expect on the 24th November. I had watched a couple of the earlier groups going up from my hotel window thinking they will probably close it down if the weather stays like this & It certainly doesn't look like a fun thing to be doing today. Even as I arrived at BASE CAMP in the drizzle I kind of thought or maybe hoped it would be called off. Apparently it's never called off. Turns out I was the only person booked for 4 pm Absolute result. By the time I got sorted with the harness, coat and gloves the clouds had cleared and the beautiful London skyline was beginning to light up. So off I set on my solo climb with Rebecca my guide who was absolutely brilliant company. The view from the top on a clear November evening Is really amazing. I had loads of time on the top platform to take it all in and Rebecca even put the snow machine on for me in the snow dome. I would like to say it was the highlight (see what I did) of my trip to London, but as we were going to see Radiohead inside the O2 that evening, it comes a very close second. Actually standing on the top was a great way to get the blood pumping for a fantastic concert. Loved every second of it.

We had a great experience and the guide Zavia was very kind to my daughter for her birthday, we couldn't hear the information he was telling us about the area as the wind drowned his voice Otherwise it was great the girls enjoyed the snow globe at the top unfortunately the hot chocolate was lukewarm and not worth the money

Great fun, incredible views from. Seminoutdoor and indoor areas, friendly staff guiding through lifts (lifts are super fast!) and great service at the bar for the inclusive champagne. Unhurried, not too crowded (on a Saturday!). Definitely worth it.

Large bags and backpacks, over the size of 22 x 15 x 8 inches (55 x 38 x 20cm), or other large equipment are not allowed

Up at The O2

Safety is a priority, so this experience is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, under the height of 1.2m, and over the weight of 21 stone/130kg/286lbs.

The maximum measurements required are a waist measurement of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh measurement of 75cm.

Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in the ratios: ages 8 to 17 – 1 adult to 5 minors.

Up at The O2 is not suitable for pregnant women.

Climbers must not be under the influence of alcohol or legal or illegal substances: You will not be permitted to participate and will not be refunded.
