We felt secure being able to download all four tickets ahead of time. Knowing how life can happen, it was especially reassuring to know that there was a great cancellation window. Fortunately, we didn't need to cancel and had a blast at Islands of Adventure one day and Univeral Studios the next, with the ability to move between the two parks. I would use this site again.

Getting started

Begin your adventure by presenting your ticket at the main entrance of either park. After a quick security check and ticket validation, you’re free to move between both parks throughout each day with biometric access.

Universal Studios Orlando is a leading entertainment destination, home to two world-renowned theme parks. Spanning a vast area, the resort features innovative rides, immersive lands, and attractions inspired by blockbuster films and beloved characters.

Universal Studios Florida: Step into movie-inspired worlds with attractions like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™, and experience cutting-edge rides and live shows that bring cinematic adventures to life.

Universal Islands of Adventure: Explore themed islands such as Marvel Super Hero Island® and Jurassic Park®, featuring high-speed roller coasters, interactive experiences, and family-friendly attractions.

Park-to-Park access: Move freely between both parks each day, maximizing your time and allowing you to enjoy signature rides, character encounters, and diverse dining options at your own pace.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothes like breathable t-shirts, shorts or lightweight pants, and walking shoes or sneakers. Pro tip: Bring along a poncho in case you want to go on water rides and thank us later..

Accessibility

Most attraction queues do not allow strollers. Each attraction will have a designated stroller parking area at its entrance.

You can bring your trained service animals along.

Each attraction has its own boarding requirements and accommodations for guests using mobility devices. If you're able to transfer to the ride seat—either on your own or with help from someone in your group—you’re allowed to do so.

Additional Information

You can use your ticket on any two days within a five-day period starting from the date you select. Remember, it expires after those five days, and any unused days will not carry over.

This ticket is non-transferable, and on both days, only the person who starts using it via biometric scanning can use it.

Lockers are available at the parks for a fee on a first-come, first-served basis.

All guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by someone who is at least 14 years old and meets all other requirements to ride.
