I wouldn't recommend buying tickets through Headout, Whilst their tickets were legitimate and I got exactly what I paid for, and thoroughly enjoyed my day at Universal Studios Osaka, I feel Headout is not a great middleman. I had to wait for my tickets, I had to get in touch with them and thought I had been scammed. Only at the threat of demanding a refund immediately, 2 days after I purchased the tickets for $1000 aud, I could only chat to automated AI contacts and answering machines before I chatted with someone who eventually came through with the tickets. It was overly complicated, hard to understand and I definitely wouldn't do it again!

Having the Express pass 7/8 was definitely a great way to visit the Park without any waiting in lines allowing us to enjoy all the best rides in one day. The price is well worth it. My 12 year old daughter had the time of her life and the highlight of our day was when we did the Hollywood ride at sunset. Just the two of us (the boys chickened out). A great memory to share with her.

Just book with it just do it beleive me it's totally worth every money you spend. I felt like I spend less for the ticket when I entered the rides,it's the best and with headout your pass is on your app just scan and go. Best experience till I born very happy with it. Thank you osaka.

Honestly ive never been one to go on rides because the lines are always long. Purchasing the express pass was a lifesaver, ive never boarded a ride so fast in my life. Thank you so much! Made my wife so happy because its our honeymoon and she wasnt expecting to enjoy the rides.

It was great thanks to the FastPasses—The Fly Dinosaur, Mario Kart, and Nintendo. If I had to do it again, I’d get a FastPass for Donkey Kong too. Great experience—I recommend Headout because payment is super easy and the e-tickets arrived quickly.

    • 1-day entry to Universal Studios Japan

    • 1 x 1-Day Studio Pass QR – park entry providing access to all attractions

    • 1 x Express Pass QR – skip the lines at select rides (one time each) & timed-entry for Super Nintendo World™ (as per option selected)

    • Time slots for rides included in your express pass are allocated at random by the park.

    Everything was fine with the tickets—they matched what I bought—but the only thing I didn’t understand was why they scheduled the attractions I paid for, like Nintendo World and Yoshi Adventure, for later in the evening, at 8 or 9 p.m., when the park closes at 10 p.m. I had to wait until then to get into Nintendo World, and the other attractions obviously aren’t the same at night as they are during the day, which was disappointing. The park has lots of shops and plenty of places to eat; it actually has more shops than rides, and that left me a bit disappointed too. But overall, the park is very beautiful and the buildings are super realistic, so it’s definitely worth visiting at least once.

    Headout made our Universal Studios Japan visit much easier. The booking process was simple, the tickets were delivered without issues, and using the Express Pass helped us avoid long waits. I rated it 4 stars because a bit more guidance before arrival would have improved the experience, but overall I was very satisfied.

    It was okay. Not all the rides are made for bigger dudes. I paid for the express pass to the Hollywood ride and wasn't able to ride. All in all it was a nice theme park but regrettably their hours weren't updated on google so we went late thinking they close at 10 pm. They closed at 7.

    Fun exprerience! Flying dragon was amazing, and the jaws boat ride was suprisingly good. On the other side : there were too long quoes all over, so it would be impossible to be there without express passes. Harry potter ride was dissapointing, but the visuals there was great.

    Our visit despite alot of rain in the afternoon was wonderful! Express pass was a disipointment beacuse it allowed only one Express entry per ride!! We went to universal studios in Florida last year and there was no limitation as far as we experiened.

    • Wheelchairs and strollers can be rented for a small fee. However, they are subject to availability and cannot be reserved beforehand.

    • It will be required for wheelchair users to switch to the seats in the attraction.

    • It is required to get in touch with a crew member for guests with a wig, prosthetic limb, plaster cast, or a medical assistant tool.

    • This experience is not the best fit for people with abnormal blood pressure, cardiac issues, back, neck, hip, or spinal disorders, motion sickness, vertigo, claustrophobia, acrophobia, and pregnant women.

    • This experience is not suitable for people who have medical conditions that could be aggravated by loud sounds, fog, pitch-black darkness, strobes, and strong smells.

    • Depending on your height or medical condition, you may be unable to use some attractions.

    • Your guide dogs are welcome at the venue.

    • Please note: The Flying Dinosaur will be under maintenance from 7 to 31 May 2026 and will be unavailable during this period.

    • This ticket is not valid for Japanese passport holders.
