- Kindly note that your tickets allow you to skip the entry line into the gallery, after passing the security check.
- Due to security reasons, the gallery can only accommodate a certain number of people at any given time so, if space allows, you may be moved to a slightly earlier or later time slot upon arrival.
- The Gallery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 8:15 AM - 6:50 PM. The Gallery is closed on Monday.
- Your ticket is valid only on the selected date and time, which is 4:30 PM.
- You must arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled entrance time to the ticket counter where you can exchange your mobile voucher for a physical ticket and collect your audioguide.

Reduced Price Ticket
Entry is free for children aged 7 and younger (they will not be given an audioguide or map) but please select the number of children in your party at the time of booking. Reduced price option is available at the gallery for European Union citizens. Your IDs will be checked at the entrance.

Audiopen Terms and Regulations
- Upon delivery of the Audiopen and the map, you need to show your ID document.
- A cash amount or a credit card pre-authorization of €40 for each Audiopen will be required, at the beginning of the tour that will be immediately released, as you return the Audiopen at our Agency (Caf Tour & Travel – Via Degli Alfani 151/red – Florence), at the end of the tour."
- Please ensure to bring with you a sufficient amount in cash or a valid credit card to be pre-authorized. Credit Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard or American Express. In case your card does not authorize the payment on site, it will not be possible to deliver the Audiopen booked.
- The device that will be delivered is under your responsibility, in case of loss, theft or damage, you will be charged the deposit of Euro 40.
- This device does not require headsets, but if you want you can use your own headsets.
- Please display your voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID to your host.
- If you have purchased reduced price tickets, please carry your valid photo ID proof for verification. Students must show their valid Student IDs.
