There were endless queues in front of the Accademia Gallery. The tickets bought via Headout meant skipping the lines and getting inside on the specified time slot. The Accademia Gallery is small and was packed with touristis, but the exposed art is marvelous. And the Uffizi gallery is just unforgettable - not just the works of art but also the building and its interiors. Uffizi is more comfortable for seeing the paintings and statues as the space is large and you have time to observe and explore. Also the cafe with roof terrace and view of Palazzo Vecchio was great for taking rest at coffee and a delicious lemmon cake.

The voucher we originally had changed to a day later. The tour company used called us the day before and made it extremely easy to rebook due to a technical problem with their system. The only problem I had is that I could not tell if it was a scam or not? She provide the company name and her contact info to alleviate the issue. We had a great your and will use again in future.

The entrance is well signposted, and the lines for online tickets and the ticket office are clearly separated. The museum is very large, spread across two wings opposite the Palazzo Vecchio, but there is a set visitor route and it is relatively easy not to miss anything. Special mention, of course, to the works of Botticelli, the Birth of Venus and his Madonnas, as well as the sculptures of Leonardo da Vinci.

A unique experience. They changed our entry time to the Galleries, but we had a great time. The second floor, where the most famous paintings are, was a bit more crowded, but you could still view them in detail.
