We met the tour guide on time in Florence and she got us through the line into the Accademia in a timely fashion. Alissa was extremely knowledgeable about the art and culture in the museum. She spoke great English and was easy to understand. We enjoyed our time with her. The tour was about an hour, focusing on the statue of David by Michaelangelo and other paintings. Exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this service. It was easy to book the tour on line and the price was reasonable.

The tour guide was open to answering questions. He was very engaging and knowledgeable about the biography of Michelangelo and the impact of his art-painter and sculptor. The headphones made it easy to understand and hear with a group of 19. They called me when I didn't arrive ten minutes before the time. When I told them that my train was delayed, they were very accommodating and switched me to a later time so that we wouldn't miss it which I was grateful for. Highly recommend.

Debora, the guide, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, enthusiastic in her story telling and great sense of humour. It would have been good to know exactly where we were supposed to meet her though. It was a little confusing
