We met the tour guide on time in Florence and she got us through the line into the Accademia in a timely fashion. Alissa was extremely knowledgeable about the art and culture in the museum. She spoke great English and was easy to understand. We enjoyed our time with her. The tour was about an hour, focusing on the statue of David by Michaelangelo and other paintings. Exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this service. It was easy to book the tour on line and the price was reasonable.

The guide was very enthusiastic and gave a brief but very interesting introduction. The quick entry and the audio devices were also good, although one of the devices didn't work for one of the guests.

We really enjoyed the tour (in German on April 23, 2026) with Viktoria. With wit and charm, she guided us through the Galleria dell'Accademia, and we were sorry that the tour was already over. She pointed out details we would certainly have missed otherwise, and even though there were only two of us, she went over the scheduled tour time. That’s why we’re giving her five stars plus a bonus star.

The guide met us in the spot assigned prior to entry. It was very busy but we didn't have to wait too long to get in. Maybe 15 minutes. Our guide was knowledgeable and did an excellent job commenting on the paintings we saw. She really excelled when discussing Michelangelo, his life and some of his work. The pinnacle of course was the statue of David. It really is incredible in real life! Great tour

Perfect tour to see the Accademia Gallery and David! Our guide was very knowledgeable and curated a perfect concise storyline to really make the visit impactful. Our group was only 7 people so it was really nice to be able to hear her well and stay together. Highly reccomend if you dont want to spend a lot of time at the busy museum but want to learn about Florence and Michaelangelo.

The guide was extremely friendly and explained everything very well. Apparently, it wasn't very busy (probably relative), so she gave us a longer tour than agreed upon. The only thing we can mention is that we couldn't find the guide at first because we had lined up in the queue for guided tours. A small sign, for example, would have been great.
