Alex was FABULOUS, personal and knowledgeable! it was our second time to see David and we learned so much more than on a previous time. Easy to book on your website. We would never visit Florence without seeing David. Thank you. Happy travelers from Little Rock, Arkansas USA

Very informative tour and would recommend for anyone wanting to visit the gallery, however I was not impressed that we waited 30 minutes for other people in the tour to arrive when a number of us managed to get there on time. If people are late it's not fair for the rest of the group to wait for them, our time is just as valuable.
