The tour begins in Namba, Osaka’s lively entertainment and shopping district, setting the tone for the city’s bold and friendly character. A short walk from the famous Edion Arena leads to Yasaka Namba Shrine, where the iconic lion-head stage offers insight into Shinto traditions uniquely embedded in urban life.
From there, walk through Den Den Town, Osaka’s hub for anime, retro gaming, computers, electronics, and pop culture, revealing a modern and playful side of the city that contrasts with its historical roots. The walk continues south toward Shinsekai, a nostalgic neighborhood inspired by early 20th-century Osaka. Here, guests enjoy kushikatsu (1 drink included), the city’s famous deep-fried specialty. Thanks to exclusive arrangements, there is no waiting, and tastings are carefully selected, with vegetarian alternatives available.
After Shinsekai, the group takes a short subway ride, allowing for a comfortable transition back toward central Namba while saving time and energy. Upon arrival, the tour visits Hōzen-ji, a serene Buddhist temple tucked away in narrow lanes, known for its moss-covered statue and intimate atmosphere.
The evening then unfolds into Dōtonbori, Osaka’s most iconic nightlife district, where neon lights, canal views, and bustling streets define the city after dark.
