Vienna Tours

Our guide, Priscila, was wonderful throughout the entire tour. We loved the trip to Hallstatt. The town is truly beautiful. We also really liked Salzburg, but we didn’t have quite enough time to explore the city—though you can’t ask for more in just one day. This trip was definitely worth it.

The zoo is very beautiful; despite the heat, we saw animals... Lots of trees provide shade, and there were plenty of water stations and plenty of places to eat and drink something good at a reasonable price. It was very hot in the Desert House, but it’s filled with lots of plants—namely cacti—and has fewer animals. There are also a few playgrounds for kids. A visit is definitely recommended, and the park is easily accessible by subway.....

There are so many play areas, and the garden is very kid-friendly! The restrooms could be a little cleaner.

We arrived at Belvedere unprepared and weren't aware that tickets were sold for specific time slots. There was a fairly long line of people at the ticket counter, and a man had just come out and told his family that he hadn’t been able to get tickets for Upper Belvedere (for a specific time slot, I think), so he had opted for tickets to Lower Belvedere instead. I then checked online and, within a few minutes, managed to get tickets for Upper Belvedere for an earlier time slot—one that was already sold out at the ticket counter. Well done!

Four of us went to the Upper Belvedere Palace. We arrived 30 minutes before our reservation, but we had to wait half an hour to be let in. The interior was quite beautiful; the "Kiss" painting and the portrait of Napoleon were especially magnificent.

Clear, easy-to-understand language! Extensive expertise; she always kept the guests engaged and encouraged them to ask questions. A friendly tour guide who shared many of her own experiences and anecdotes. It was a real pleasure to listen to her. The tour was a wonderful experience!

It was all wonderful. Our guide, Margot, was fantastic—she was very punctual and knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly and helping us appreciate all the rooms in the palace and the gardens. It was a truly beautiful and fascinating experience.

I enjoyed visiting the home of the father of psychoanalysis, but I just felt it lacked color and that his contributions to the field of psychology weren't explored in greater depth (I feel like there's a lot of focus on his personal life).
